  • If its your first start login as admin, password admin.
    Once logged and once you have created a survey / form, you can change your password, username from the user section at any time.
  • You can also run Feedback Server in a single user mode (anonymous), open your web.config and find the FormUserProviderSingleMode element for more information.

  • Change your mail server settings from the web.config at any time using a text editor

  • You may start now using the online administration tool.

  • You will find ready to import Xml survey samples in the FormSamples directory.
